Final sale. No exchange. No return and no refund on disinfecting products. A detailed request must be submitted to Magnus customer service or your appointed representative including the reasons for your request. Internal administrative processing will be initiated upon receipt. The request will be analyzed to understand the reasons and circumstances associated with the request. Depending on the findings of the analysis, an authorization (if applicable) will be issued and a return number will be issued to you. In case of refusal, the reasons will be communicated to you. Any unauthorized or indeterminate deduction applied before a claim has been investigated or settled constitutes non-payment.
